still working on it

i want this site usable by everyone, and it isn't perfect yet. here's where it actually stands rather than a badge claiming compliance.

what's done

• works with a keyboard, visible focus outlines
• body text meets wcag 2.2 aa contrast (checked on every page, both breakpoints)
• images have alt text, form fields have real labels
• animation is reduced if your system asks for that
• no auto-playing sound anywhere

what isn't

• the order-status popup announces politely but hasn't been tested with every screen reader
• some product photography has text baked into the image
• empty stars in the rating widget sit at 2.6:1 — they're decorative, the score is in the text and the aria-label, but they're below aa
• no full third-party audit has been done
