you have 60 nights from delivery. tell me you want to return it and i'll refund you. you don't have to explain yourself.
the part i legally have to say
this is an intimate product, so there are limits that aren't me being difficult:
- unopened and sealed — full refund, straightforward.
- opened — for hygiene reasons it can't be resold, so it can't come back. if it's faulty or arrived damaged, that's different and it's covered. send a photo.
- faulty within 60 nights — replacement or refund, your choice, and i pay the postage.
how
- email hello@cosara.com with your order number.
- you get a return label and an address.
- refund lands 5–10 business days after it arrives back, on the card you paid with.
cancelling a presale order
you can cancel any time before your batch ships and get everything back. once the batch is packed it's on its way and returns rules apply instead.
