the formal version of delivery
dispatch
orders dispatch once the unit is made, roughly 7 days from purchase. the batch you're in is shown at checkout and on batch schedule.
estimates are estimates
delivery windows on delivery are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. carrier delays, customs and weather aren't within my control.
if a run is delayed
- you're emailed before the original estimated date, not after it
- you can cancel for a full refund at that point, no questions
- if a delay goes past 30 days beyond the estimate, you're refunded automatically unless you tell me to hold
wrong address
if the address you gave is wrong and the parcel comes back, i'll resend it once you cover the postage. if it's undeliverable and doesn't come back, i can't replace it for free.
damaged on arrival
photograph it and email within 14 days. replacement or refund, your choice, and i cover postage. this has happened — there's a review on the cosara listing about it.
lost
if tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days domestically or 21 internationally, tell me and i'll open a claim and sort you out.
