who you're buying from

this shop is a collaboration between sweet muffin and cosara. cosara is the seller of record — the entity named on your invoice, the one that charges your card and the one you have a contract with. support for any order runs through hello@cosara.com.

presale orders

• each unit is made to order. the ship date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• you're charged when you order, which is what puts your unit into production.
• if a run is delayed you'll be told before the estimated date and you can cancel for a full refund.
• if a run is cancelled entirely you're refunded in full, automatically.

pricing

prices are in us dollars and can change. the price you paid is the price on your order. if something is listed at an obviously wrong price by mistake, the order can be cancelled and refunded rather than fulfilled.

what this product is and isn't

liability

nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. beyond that, liability is limited to what you paid for the order.
